Submissions on other but related topics are welcome, provided they engage roughly with the theme of the conference. Abstracts should be limited to 200 words and should be accompanied by a short biography.

OVERVIEW

The Charles Darwin Scholar Program was established in 2013 at Charles Darwin University, to enhance the work and legacy of its namesake. Professor of Philosophy, Daniel Dennett, has been selected as the 2018 Charles Darwin Scholar. The conference is themed around the Charles Darwin Scholar Award, with a priority placed on research interests of Dennett in the topics of human consciousness and evolutionary biology, particularly as these topics relate to adaptation, both cultural and biological.

We invite submissions on a range of topics, including:
